Yeah, if Chrysler was dumb enough to leave, as Sparky says: 1) Skilled workers would defect to the other auto manufacturing houses if they don't have anything else lined up. 2) Canadians would punish Chrysler SEVERELY for abandoning the Canadian market.
Besides, the only Chrysler vehicles I've lusted after in the last 10-15 years have been the ones with the V10s under the hood. New Challenger? Psssh. :lol: The only "new" Dodge I'd miss would be the Charger - I always thought it was underrated and under-supported by Dodge and its "loyal" fan base.
