Check this site out. Its a good site to check for any part you're looking for. I clicked 2003 Ford Focus and it never came up asking if its SVT or not. It just said w/o ABS or w/ABS. So I click with ABS because the SVT has ABS. Apparantly you can get one for $50. http://car-part.com/
