Quick question tho, what i optimum for HP on a N/A and what is optimal for efficiency? isn't it something like 13.6 for hp and 14.7 for efficiency?I am not really sure , years ago when I worked on cars in Europe my costumers had mostly carbureted engines or that type of Bosch fuel injection (kinda looked like a distributor ) that I could adjust with screw driver , no laptop back then...Alot of work was done also by "feel" . It's like tightening the wheel nuts without a torque wrench .how do you know it's enough or too much ? well , it takes practice...

To be very honest with you , I'm not good with these new electronic gadgets but here's what I found : Keeping the air-fuel mixture near the ratio of 14.7:1 (for gasoline engines) allows the catalytic converter to operate at maximum efficiency.
