So you were with you friend when this happened, you know he was just passing slowly and the cops are just being retards?? It’s the cop’s word against your friends, maybe the cops are just being stereotypical?

As for passing everyone has does it (you, me, Nos...Etc) there had to be something to set the cops attention.
