I've used the old "Starchoice is offering me this..." with Bell before, and it gets about 20% knocked off my bill. It goes up a little, I threaten to leave, and it goes down some more.
Flo, I was without Bell home phone for 3 days early in the spring. A work crew cut some fiber in the neighbourhood right outside the CO. :D The whole town was down!
