#1. Oil lines are run easily. T fitting where the oil pressure sensor is near the filter, and the return line goes where the drain plug is. That simple.
#2. If yours is like mine, no need to rock the boat...err i mean motor.
#3. Take off the grill between the headlights, remove the bumper shroud and remove 7 bolts underneath the bumper. Fricken easy.
As for the tranny. I can't help you there. Haven't done that... yet...
