Those are the ones that they stole. LOL. I bought a set of stainless ones from Crappy Tire for like $4.99. I used a wrench to tighten them up. No-one can get them off now. Unless of course they have a set of pliers in their pocket.

or have a pocket knife and slice them off in the middle of the valve stems.
