I got this from somebodys actual case that happened before. So that's something to consider mate.

Yep, my friend is a Halton cop out of the Bronte Rd. station. If you try fighting the lower speed ticket, the crown, with the cops urging will go after you for the higher amount.
She mentioned one where the person should have been charged with careless but was given failure to yield. The guy had the nerve to try and fight it and was convicted of careless with 6 points.
Old enough to know me limit, yet young enough to exceed it.
