Not saying that DLP doesn't suffer from those issues but it depends on how the set was designed too. My Sony DLP uses a single colour wheel, never an issue with colours being wonky once I calibrated the set properly.

When I bought it at the time (2003) there were still major issues of burn in with te other technologies available at the time and the set has served me faithfully so I can't complain (Hell, I'm still on the original bulb that the set came with)
