Ok very simple, paint will dry up and flake off
You need tire chalk

Its no normal chalk, this is more of a think wet chalk not a dry dusty chalk.
Truckers in Quebec use it all the time lol. and ppl use if for Truck shows too. Your local tire shop will have some so just swing by and ask to purchase one.
