Like I said, when they give a warning, they write down the plate so this person must have been warned multiple times. ie Like the Audi in the first post, that flyer on the windshield is a warning.
So, since the person has been warned and decided to ignore the warning, what would you do if you were in charge? (ie assume you support the rule and want to enforce it)
