I'm 23, licenced since my 16th birthday, no claims, no accidents, one ticket for 60km in a 50km zone, and pay $1400 a year on my 2005 ZX3, I was quoted $2800-4500 for 2002-2003 WRXs.

I know there is a discount when I reach the magical 25, but the WRX is an expensive car to insure regardless.
