Well I sure made mine was the unmolested one. Took it to my mechanic (which was 70km away from the dealer, got to have a nice long test drive) to see if any engine mods were performed and if were put back to stock. Did all the car proofs and carfaxes.
In reality STi can take a lot of beating, it's tranny alone can make up for all the clutch dumps.
Personaly i can't see myself buying a new car in a long-long time. A used 2-3 year old car is just fine in my books.
After driven sti's I find that these cars must be weekend track cars because it's too hard to test their full potential on regular roads.
