apparently, by law, and employee could terminate the overtime hours originally agreed upon with a 2 week written notice.
Not sure how that would do for job security -- hopefully I can get some time in lieu at the end of summer. Liked it better when I got paid for my overtime... seriously, if someone screws up a sizing and project plan, why should I reward them with free work?
