British Columbia: 40km/h over limit tops out 50km/h

My fathers lexus's RPM guage will flash yellow when going too fast on 400 series highways.

This is just dumb and should not be allowed in court at all.

I had an OPP officer pull that speed assessment on me once. I was coming up to a red light in a school zone while he was pumping gas, he came after me after he was done pumping gas, and he said he guesses my speed was between 80-100km/hr. I laughed in his face and told him to write me up a ticket and I would be more than happy to plead option 3 if your going to use that exact line in court.

Funny - he never ended up writing that ticket.
