Fast sledding on anything less than hard-pack trail is asking for your Darwin Award entry form. I've gone over 70MPH (once) and that was enough. I've seen sleds wobble at 80+ and wondered how the hell the riders stayed on and survived.
Gimme a Cat or a real-deal Skidoo, mid-range or long-track and I'm happy. Now that the new "base camp" is coming, I'll have a place to stage from. Hopefully I'll find a decent used one.
