Yeah my clutch does the same thing. If it's over 3000RPM then it's fine but below it's sucks.
These 5 speeds from '06-'07 years are pretty durable. Sure beats the glass 2002-2003 trannys
But then these 5 speeds can not do this (well they can but would brake after 7th try):

There's something about AWD car when you drop your clutch at 5500 RPM and don't have to worry about things.
