That "battery harness" you talk of is what they are blaming it on. (engine Harness is what Ford calls it)

Contact Transport Canada and report the issue (do it in writing and send a copy to Ford Canada customer service) ... and you should consider a CAMVAP claim for the 1800.

I almost wonder, should I have done that when my focus broke down?
