I'm a Systems Administrator (IT guy) for an international mining contractor. I tend to specialize in email, Active Directory, network infrastructure, security / firewalls, email archiving and network / infrastructure design. In reality, I'm responsible for over 30 Windows-based servers worldwide for the entire group, including Sudbury, Timmins, Reno (Nevada), Rouyn-Noranda and Santiago (Chile). I'm also indirectly supporting new office and ventures in South Africa, Australia, Peru, Uruguay, Mongolia and Krygystan, as well as their network and other supporting "bits" - yes, pun intended. :p
I'm sure I've forgotten a few. I'm 2nd-up for the entire company (and wholly-owned sub-companies) for IT, really.
