like said before, put on a cold air intake, you wont have a warranty from ford on that, and if some how you sucked up water it would not be covered. same thing on exhaust, you replace it and new one rusts out per say, not their problem. you will void the warranty for that specific part.
you can put a tune on and still have warranty, as long as you re load stock tune in before sending it to dealership. i had my tranny replaced under warranty being modded, also a CV joint and even a repaint to the doors due to colour fade.
bolt ons will be fine. just dont open the motor up or boost it thats all if you have concerns.
