I'm not sure how much help this will be, but anyway this is what I've researched:

ST rear disc brakes vs. SVT rear disc brakes

Caliper: same part no.
Pads: same part no.
Caliper support bracket: different part numbers, exact same price
Rotor: different
Dust shield: different part no.
Hub / bearing / ABS ring: same part no.

Note: if you're comparing to OEM SVT then the brake hoses are different (2 pc set for SVT) ... if it's the Ford Racing conversion kit, then the brake hoses are the same; but in any event, it seems clear that the existing brake hose on an ST can be used for SVT rear brakes.

Shawn ... the caliper brackets are quite expensive new ... unless you could pick some up at the wreckers, frankly I'm not sure if it's worth it just to get an extra inch (9.96" vs. 11.02") Hope this helps. Ken.

Edit: I'm not sure if the dust shield is different in order to fit over the larger rotors or to fit under 15" rims ... if it's the former, you will have to change them too ... if the latter, and your rims are 16" or larger, then you wont.
