So, we're 4 months in on the year. How many of you are sticking to what you want to do for yourself? How many of you need a kick in the butt?
I figured I'd put this up with the caveat that I've been doing this for over 2 years now. The first year was cutting and strength-building. The second has been packing on lean mass. My goal? To keep slabbing on lean mass while always, ALWAYS being able to "see" my abs - i.e. stay around 10% body fat.
Right now I don't have access to a scale, but I'd wager that I'm at or just under 200lbs. I'll probably shed a few when I get home as I've been eating like crap while I'm gone for the most part.
