I've hired a trainer and log my workouts, I must say I feel better, sleep better, and am a little more "fresh" at work.
I'm looking forward to seeing more results soon.
Attaboy Anthony! I'd skip fruit if you're looking to drop fat mass as the natural sugars work against you along with the rest of your carb intake for the day. Salads are good tho - spinach is excellent, so is a whack of radish on them. Use carrots if you need a sweet fix.
It's good to hear so many are actually getting active here! It's good to hear you haven't lost sight of the game, Steve. Can't wait till you're back at it!
