True enough. But there's always negotiation that can be done. I'd not pay the retail on that whatsoever. Also, whomever I'd get it from, I'd want them to tune it for boost and have that included in the price.

From what I remember, the cost of the 250hp cosworth was something close to $12k without tax/shipping/duty. Plus I wouldn't get a full block assembly, probably a long block and reuse parts from the 2.0L. I think FSW was selling these for under $10k.

But in the end, I don't have $10,000.00 kicking around anyways. So I have to stay at a poor man's 11lbs of boost. Sad
