Magnaflow Spun HF Catalytic, Stainless Piping TIG welded. 2 front o2 bungs and 1 rear bung.
HFC had cracked due to defective catalytic and has been replaced with a brand new catalytic.
Photos are when it was brand new, right now only the part after the catalytic is old, the front part, catalytic and front flange w/ 2 o2 sensors is brand new as it was replaced.
Price is $350, i'm firm on this as its basically a brand new unit now. If you can get one for less great go get it.
