The important thing: how stock is it?
If it's missing all the cool bits, it's just a regular ZX2. They're a nice handling car, and will go fairly well, but the chassis itself goes back to the original Mazda Protege (1990), so it's not the stiffest out there. A nicely tuned Focus ZX3 with a few go-fast bits will be quicker, ride better, and handle better.
