Anyway ... so much for crossing the fingers - just spoke to Ford Racing and unfortunately M-2300-SVTR is now permanently cancelled and there are none in stock in their warehouse.

There may be the odd kit here and there in stock at a dealer (just not any that we know of) but for sure they would be going for full retail which is 550 USD + shipping + taxes.

The situation is that Ford manufacturing has cancelled the rear caliper bracket for the SVT Focus and Ford Racing does not have an alternate source and they have no intentions of engineering their own.

PayPal refunds are immediately available for anyone that wants one (assuming of course you gave me a deposit in the first place LOL) ... or if like Korby you want to apply it to something else, that's okay too.

Paul ... if you want a refund please confirm your email addy for the email money transfer.

In the meantime I'm going to be suggesting to Ford Racing that they continue to offer the kit even without the bracket, and I'm going to research an alternate bracket for it. My sense is that there is still a viable market for these kits. Although if the price increases substantially, perhaps not.

If this kit were to be made available again but say for an additional 75 bucks or so, do you think there is a market?
