Okay, so update again! car went from running...ish. to not running at all, to fuel issue to intake issue back to fuel issue and now she runs and idles for more than 10 seconds now...but shes still not driveable 
so after talking to several people, ive simply come to the conclusion to go out and get a 98 escort pcm and wiring harness, as much as i dont want to and its going to be a pain in the ass, everyone is telling me that'll make my car run properly lol.
So come tomorrow Im towing the car back to KW. hitting up the cambridge scrappers and doing a s**t load of wiring this weekend and praying to god it works. if not...then im just bolting up the turbo and getting it dyno tuned. so yes...thats my plan...I will keep you all updated and post pics of a lot of wires soon. haha
On the bright side. I can take the time to clean up and hide any and all wires.
