Here are my SVT brakes - White Box OE (least expensive you can get) ... and yes Virginia, they come in white boxes:
Inside the box they are heat sealed in plastic:
There is no rust and they appear to have a protective coating:
The machined finish on the swept area seems the same as what I get with my EBC blanks:
Inside the vented area is coated black and the rotor thickness is exactly to spec (0.95") and the rotor is stamped with the correct min thickness spec:
