^^ this. and more specifically, your credit card company doesn't have a second address field in their filing system, so they will usually put the second address in the "notes" section. it will save you some trouble if you explain this to your supplier because they will have to call the credit card company to verify - they won't be able to do it online.
Another thing you can do, and this is my preference, is to add your US address to your paypal account (if you don't have one you should if you intend to buy stuff regularly in the US) and then use paypal to pay for your item.
