BBK is smaller pulley (8 psi) the SVT throttle body, SVT filter box and snorkel and MAF (although the MAF might be the same as normal Zetec).
It also required the original owner to remove the ECU and send it to Ford Racing for reprogramming.
That service is no longer available so comparably now you must have an SCT X-cal or similar and an aftermarket tune to run the JRSC / BBK safely.
