does it work though? cuz mine the down button work but it doesnt open all the way and the up button doesnt work at all

The fact that it doesn't open all the way suggests there is a mechanical problem = did you try using the little crank handle = does it operate okay when you open and close by hand?

it does open but not all the way just slightly I posted a video of how it opens back in May I think
