I'm remodelling the shower in my ensuite bathroom, ordered a Moen Vertical Spa. The setup takes a control valve that would have cost $250 at Home Depot and $600 for the trim kit (shower head, body jets and valve trim); for a total of $850 plus tax.

I ended up getting it from Amazon.com instead:

... for $260 for the trim kit, and $125 for the valve, shipped for free to my friend's address and she didn't get charged tax for importing it ... so $385 vs. $966 for a savings of $581 (60% off)
