Depends on what you want from your suspension - IMO if you want the best handling for the track you really can't do without adjustable damping - if it's all about being able to go as low as possible and adjust the height with handling and comfort taking a back seat to that - then just about any coilover would do.
Having said that, JOM appears to be a solid brand and they are TUV approved; so how bad could they be?
In terms of the cost, if you go ahead with these, European Parts is a well-known vendor to people on here - I've bought a few things from them myself - but nonetheless you may want to go ahead and pay for the insured shipping - it won't be pretty if your prepaid international shipment goes missing and you're left holding the (empty) bag.
