Belt change on a zetec is crazy easy. no more than a two hour job tearing everything apart and putting it back together and thats doing it yourself.
Your waterpump isn't that critical to change because its not driven by the timing belt, its driven by the serpentine belt so you can easily change that later on down the road if needed without tearing to far down.
The things you will want to change is definitely the pulleys. idlers and tentioner, and the belt of coarse.
If the timing belt it rotting I would also suggest changing your serpentine belt while its off as well.
