Yeah, classic DPFE-like symptoms...... they shouldn't have to order one, MANY engines/models of Fords use the same one, it's a very generic part.
After changing the DPFE, you may need to disconnect your battery for 30sec-1 minute to reset the computer - you'll lose your radio presets and clock (if you have a stereo with a security code, make sure you have it handy too)
Does anyone else have another method? Does the light eventually go away if you just keep driving?? I only went a few K's and it stayed on.
