The question should be what you dont need. When doing turbo anything can go wrong and even the most stupid parts you well end up needing.

this is good post for places you can get parts from and such

you well need (just off the top of my head)

turbo of course
bov
wastegate
intercooler (if going over 10psi)
exhaust manifold + downpipe
cone filter
oil lines
piping
wideband + egt isnt a bad idea to have either.
and tuning (MOST IMPORTANT)
