higher octane = slower predisposition to combustion.... if her car normally takes lo-test, this could actually be hurting your results.
the O2 sensor should take 10 minutes to install... removing the old one should be the hardest part of the work.
also, if you can get something with ethanol in it, that'll help as well.
honestly tho.. O2 sensor will be something you'll want to replace sooner or later to ensure the car keeps running.
