that price list is totally off.. i picked up an 02 sensor for the old loyale for 45usd.. and it was a bosch OEM replacement unit.. i also picked up a used catco underbody cat for 30usd and got it welded in for another 30usd

i think the catco by itself would probably get you the pass... just beat on it good on your way to the shop to get the cat nice and hot

but honestly, like i said in the other post i would just beat on the car real good and take it to another shop to see if that will work out before spending money on it

EDIT: ok my bad i checked and it is 103usd per O2 sensor for a 96 tercel.. even though it is 36usd for a 91 loyale.. doh.

haha..yeah, we were looking at o2sensorwholesale earlier... It seems many other cars use Bosch sensors... wonder what the diff is between them.. the size is pretty standard, would it be possible to get a Bosch off a different car, and rewire it? COnsidering of course they're the same type of O2 sensor....
