how long you running the car for to charge it? if it's right dead, you're going to need to go on a long roadtrip to recharge it.

get a trickle charger on it if you can, and see if that helps, if not, time to head to crappy tire and get yerself another battery.

crappy tire is good too, because they'll take your old battery and charge/fix it up for you if it's possible.
