LOL....Found on road dead is was starting to make sense ;)
I had to go get some dog food Saturday morning, so I left my house and took the exit to the highway. I was coming out of the exit corner and pushed the throttle wide open. As I hit about 6000rpm in second, I go to shift to third but the gas pedal doesnt come back up and the car dies, all the dash lights come on....I roll straight into the shoulder instead of merging onto the highway, slap on the 4 ways, park her.
The pedal is complety loose, and the cable thats running ontop, (looks like a throttle cable, SS.) is hanging there..., I tugged on it a little and it was coming right out of the firewall. Anybody know where that goes? :unsure:
Anywho, called CAA. Had it towed to Ford....checkin it tomorrow.
