No that would be the signal light. I think the city light is just a 194-sized bulb that's in the reflector for the either the lows or the highs.

Yea its just a little bulb below ur driving low's...i didnt think i would need it so i got rid of it. But ur signal will also be illuminated i believe. So just incase i made sure i had no parking/city lights.
