P.S. if you do bring them a potential assignee, make sure you get them to tell you if the landlord tries anything stupid (IE: Charge more rent than you are paying or try to get them to sign a new one year lease) anything like that and bingo, they just gave you the option of the thirty day notice I mentioned in the PM
