Do you see the holes where the outer ring should be? Notice the driver's side of the grill?
That's where an outer ring should be.
It is hard to tell from your photos if you do/don't have the outer ring.
I have found recently that some places sell it with the outer ring, while others don't. Apparently you can take off the outer ring and paint it.
