if my memorie serves me correctly I think it was a $ 900, or $ 1200 option when the car was new.
You could always go to the wreaking yard and get all the parts you need to put it in yourself. But Living in BC might be a disadvantage for you seeing how they rarely get newer cars in the scrap yards for atleast 5 - 8 years, and they are more or less stripped when they arrive.

I was the only member on this board with a Yellow Focus Sedan, and a 2002+ Euro Facelift on a sedan.
