The rear mount is probably best bang, will increase shift firmness with little added vibration if any.

I've replaced all 3 and can't say that the vibrations really bother me.

$125 is also a good deal, compared to steeda mount at $155. Plus VF stands behind their mounts, if theres a problem you get really fast replacement inserts without any complaints.
