LONDON (Reuters) - Rioters in Southern France burned down a flag factory in Herault. The factory, while capable of manufacturing France's national flags, primarily produced the country's supply of white flags.

With the country reeling with the new lack of white flags, French parliamentary officials were forced to announce the disbandment of the French military.
