Here's the thing... the PCs have no idea what to do with the country. The first thing Harper would do is consult with his hunting / golfing buddy, GWB. They'd likely be discussing the terms of handing us over to the Americans. High dollar or low dollar? It won't matter, we'll be Americans.
At least the Liberals are attempting to stop the drain of skilled and professional minds to the south. I disagree with private funding (ala mortgages) for public institutions, but that's it.
