1st thing you should do is call up FOC and put in an official complaint. Maybe give them the URL for this thread ;)

If your dealer is like mine they will want to help ... but the warranty claim will probably be denied by the service DOM (area rep) ... and then you will have to escalate your complaint to head office ... where you will probably be denied.
