Problems somewhat solved...

I ended up getting that zalman. re positioning a couple fans

Now.

Idle - CPU = 37-44. Load 44-49
Harddrives are all under 40..

Next step is replacing the crappy ULTRA SILENT thermaltake fans that came with the case...
